Standard plan customers can request service at regular rates. Premium plan customers get priority breakdown response — our team will attend to your gate within 24 hours on working days.
Yes. You can upgrade anytime by paying the prorated difference for the remaining period. Contact our team and we'll sort it out.
We currently serve Chennai, Coimbatore, and Bengaluru. If your gate was installed by Onwords, you're eligible for AMC regardless of location within these cities.
You can cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if no service visit has been completed. After the first visit, the AMC is non-refundable.
