Onwords Data Deletion Requests

1. Who This Covers

This page is for anyone who interacted with Onwords through our website, our apps (the Onwords app and the Living Home app), WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook messaging, or our lead forms. If you shared your details with us on any of those, you can ask us to delete them.

2. How to Request Deletion

Email us at ceo@onwords.in with the subject line “Data deletion request”. In the email, tell us the phone number, email address or Instagram username you used with us, so we can find the right records.

• We confirm that we received your request within 7 days.
• We complete the deletion within 30 days of that confirmation.

3. What We Delete

• Your contact details, such as name, phone number, email address and site address.
• Your message history from WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook conversations with us.
• Your lead records, including enquiry details and the notes our team added.
• Your app account data for the Onwords app and the Living Home app.

4. What We Keep

We keep invoices and warranty records that Indian law requires us to hold, and we keep them only for the statutory period. Once that period ends, those records are deleted too. Everything else listed above is removed when we process your request.

5. Instagram and Facebook Data

If you reached us through Instagram or Facebook, you can also remove Onwords yourself from your Meta account settings, under “Apps and websites”. That stops any future data access. It does not erase what we already hold, so email the address above as well if you want your existing records deleted.
