Check that an Onwords bill is real
Type the number printed on your quotation, proforma or invoice. We send a code to the phone number on that document, and then show you exactly what we issued, including the advance we have recorded against your name.
It is at the top of the document, next to the date.
Why we do this
Anyone can print a document with our logo on it. This page is the answer: the code goes to the phone number we hold for that document, so only the customer it belongs to can open it, and what you see comes straight from our records, not from the person who handed you the paper.
